Role Summary

The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Chemistry lectures, mentoring students, conducting assessments, and contributing to academic excellence. The faculty member will play a crucial role in helping students develop conceptual clarity, problem-solving skills, and examination readiness for NEET and JEE Main.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Chemistry lectures for NEET and JEE Main students.
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, study materials, and assessment papers.
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide academic mentoring.
• Evaluate student performance through regular tests and assessments.
• Track academic progress and recommend improvement strategies.
• Develop innovative teaching methods to enhance learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with academic teams for curriculum planning and content development.
• Maintain classroom discipline and encourage active participation.
• Stay updated with the latest examination patterns and syllabus changes.
• Contribute to achieving departmental and institutional academic goals.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Chemistry or a related discipline.
• Strong academic background from a recognized institution.

Experience

• 1–2 Years of teaching experience preferred.
• Experience in NEET and/or JEE Main coaching is an advantage.
