Airix Consultancy provides recruitment and hiring support services, mainly for IIT JEE, NEET, and academic faculty placements, along with consultancy services for institutes and candidates.

By accessing our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. 👨‍🏫 Services Offered

We provide:

  • Faculty hiring consultancy (JEE/NEET/IIT coaching institutes)
  • Candidate screening and shortlisting
  • Interview coordination between institutes and teachers
  • Career guidance and placement assistance

3. 💼 Role of Consultancy

Airix Consultancy acts only as a mediator between candidates and institutes.

  • Final selection is fully decided by the hiring institute
  • Salary, job location, and terms of employment are decided by the employer
  • We do not guarantee job placement for any candidate

4. 💰 Fees & Payments

  • Consultancy fees (if applicable) must be paid in advance or as agreed
  • All payments are non-transferable
  • Once services begin, payments are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise in policy

5. 📄 Candidate Responsibility

  • Candidates must provide accurate and genuine information
  • Fake documents or misleading information will lead to immediate disqualification
  • Candidates must attend interviews as scheduled

6. 🏫 Institute Responsibility

  • Institutes must provide correct job requirements
  • Final hiring decision is the responsibility of the institute
  • Airix Consultancy is not responsible for post-selection disputes

7. 🚫 Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Provide false information
  • Misuse consultancy services
  • Attempt fraudulent job applications
  • Engage in illegal or unethical hiring practices

8. 🔒 Limitation of Liability

Airix Consultancy is not responsible for:

  • Job rejection or selection outcomes
  • Salary disputes between candidate and employer
  • Any loss arising from misuse of information

9. 🔄 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting.
