Role Summary

The selected faculty members will be responsible for delivering engaging classroom sessions, mentoring students, creating academic resources, and helping aspirants achieve excellence in competitive examinations.

Responsibilities

• Track student performance and provide improvement strategies.
• Evaluate academic progress through regular tests and assessments.
• Develop innovative teaching methodologies to improve learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with academic teams on curriculum planning and content development.
• Maintain classroom discipline and encourage active student participation.
• Stay updated with examination patterns and syllabus requirements.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in the relevant subject.
• Strong academic background preferred.

Experience

• Experience in JEE and/or NEET teaching preferred.
• Proven classroom teaching experience.

Skills

• Excellent subject knowledge and conceptual clarity.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
