Physics Faculty (JEE / NEET)

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Physics Faculty to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have deep subject expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of mentoring students for competitive exams (JEE / NEET) as well as board examinations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality Physics lectures for secondary and higher secondary students.
• Prepare lesson plans, practice assignment sets, question papers, and mock tests aligned with board and competitive exam patterns.
• Guide students through complex theoretical concepts, numerical problem-solving techniques, and practical applications.
• Conduct regular doubt-clearing sessions and provide personalized feedback to improve student performance.
• Track individual student progress, evaluate answer sheets, and communicate regularly with parents regarding student growth.
• Stay updated with changing examination patterns and continually refine teaching methodologies.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics, Applied Physics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience teaching Physics in a recognized school or competitive coaching institute.
• In-depth understanding of Mechanics, Electromagnetism, Optics, Thermodynamics, and Modern Physics.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with effective classroom management abilities.
• Proficiency in using digital teaching tools, interactive boards, and presentation software.
