Key Responsibilities

• Create and review high-quality academic content for Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics & Biology at the Board level.
• Develop study material, questions, solutions, and assessments.
• Ensure content accuracy and alignment with the latest Board syllabus.
• Contribute to improving the overall academic quality of the learning content.

Preferred Profile

• Relevant teaching/academic content experience.
• Strong subject knowledge across the respective PCMB domain.
• Good content creation and communication skills.
• Prior experience with Board-level academic content will be preferred.

2. NEET SME

Location: Indore
Compensation: Up to ₹45,000/month
Salary: Depending on last drawn salary and relevant experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and review high-quality academic content for NEET aspirants.
• Prepare questions, solutions, study material, and assessments.
• Ensure content is accurate and aligned with the NEET syllabus and examination pattern.
• Review existing content and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain high standards of academic quality and accuracy.

Preferred Profile

• Relevant experience in NEET teaching/content development.
• Strong command over the respective NEET subject/domain.
• Excellent analytical and content-review skills.
• Prior experience with competitive-exam content will be preferred.

3. YouTube Manager

Location: Indore
Compensation: Up to ₹58,000/month
Salary: Depending on last drawn salary and relevant experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the organisation’s YouTube channel(s).
• Plan and execute content strategies to increase views, engagement, and subscribers.
• Coordinate with faculty, content, and production teams for video creation.
• Analyse YouTube performance metrics and identify growth opportunities.
• Manage content calendars, publishing schedules, titles, thumbnails, and overall channel optimisation.
• Stay updated with YouTube trends, algorithms, and audience behaviour.

Preferred Profile

• Prior experience in YouTube/channel management, preferably in the education or edtech sector.
• Strong understanding of YouTube analytics, SEO, content strategy, and audience growth.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Data-driven approach with a strong understanding of digital content performance.

Compensation Summary

Position	Maximum Compensation
PCMB – Boards SME	Up to ₹40K/month
NEET SME	Up to ₹45K/month
YouTube Manager	Up to ₹58K/month

Note: Final compensation will be decided based on the candidate’s last drawn salary, relevant experience, and overall profile.
