📌 1. Service Nature
Our services include:

- Candidate screening and shortlisting
- Interview coordination
- Placement assistance between institutes and teachers
Since these are service-based consultancy offerings, no physical goods are sold.
💰 2. Refund Policy
- All payments made for consultancy services are non-refundable once the service process has started.
- No refund will be provided in the following cases:
- Candidate not selected in interview
- Change of mind after payment
- Delay due to institute response
- Failure to meet eligibility criteria after registration
⚠️ 3. Refund Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered in limited cases:
- Duplicate payment made by mistake
- Service not initiated within agreed time frame
- Technical or billing error from our side
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after verification.
📅 4. Cancellation Policy
- Once the hiring process or candidate sourcing begins, cancellation is not allowed
- If cancellation is requested before service initiation, deductions (if any administrative costs) may apply

- We do not guarantee job placement
- Final selection is fully controlled by the hiring institute
- Salary, role, and job terms are decided by the employer only
