Key Responsibilities

✅ Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and references

✅ Screen and shortlist candidate profiles as per client requirements

✅ Conduct telephonic interviews and candidate assessments

✅ Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients

✅ Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process

✅ Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records

✅ Build professional relationships with candidates and clients

✅ Achieve assigned recruitment targets and deadlines
