Role Summary

The selected faculty member will be responsible for delivering advanced-level Chemistry lectures, mentoring high-potential JEE aspirants, developing academic content, and contributing to the institute’s success through exceptional student outcomes.

This role plays a critical part in building strong conceptual understanding, advanced problem-solving abilities, and competitive exam readiness among students.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Chemistry lectures for JEE Advanced aspirants.
• Prepare advanced-level study materials, assignments, DPPs, and test papers.
• Conduct doubt-solving sessions and academic mentoring.
• Design and implement effective strategies to improve student performance.
• Evaluate students through regular tests, assessments, and performance reviews.
• Develop challenging and exam-oriented problem-solving modules.
• Collaborate with academic teams for curriculum enhancement and content development.
• Stay updated with JEE Advanced examination trends and syllabus changes.
• Support academic planning and contribute to institutional goals.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Chemistry or a related discipline.
• Strong academic background from a recognized institution.

Experience

• Minimum 6+ years of teaching experience.
• Proven experience in JEE Advanced coaching.
• Strong track record of mentoring successful JEE candidates preferred.
