Faculty – IIT-JEE / NEET / Foundation

We are looking for energetic, subject-matter expert Faculty members with 1+ year of teaching experience to train and mentor competitive exam aspirants for IIT-JEE (Main & Advanced), NEET-UG, and Foundation (Classes 8–10). The candidate should possess deep subject knowledge, strong conceptual clarity, and the ability to simplify complex topics for students.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, concept-driven classroom lectures in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Biology.
• Address student doubts during dedicated doubt counter sessions and provide individual mentorship.
• Prepare and review lesson plans, daily practice problem sheets (DPPs), assignment modules, and mock tests.
• Evaluate student test performance, analyze gaps, and guide students on exam-taking strategies and time management.
• Participate in parent-teacher meetings (PTMs) and collaborate with the academic team to maintain curriculum delivery timelines.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the relevant subject (B.Tech / M.Tech / B.Sc / M.Sc / MBBS or equivalent).
• At least 1 year of proven teaching experience in JEE, NEET, or Foundation coaching.
• Strong command over written and spoken English/Hindi with excellent classroom presentation skills.
• Deep understanding of current competitive exam patterns and syllabus.
• High enthusiasm for student success, patience, and problem-solving drive.
