Job Description
We are looking for highly qualified and experienced Mathematics and Chemistry Faculty to mentor students preparing for JEE and NEET.
The selected candidates will initially conduct classes in online mode, with the role transitioning to offline classroom teaching.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality and concept-focused lectures for JEE/NEET aspirants.
- Build strong conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills among students.
- Prepare and deliver study material, assignments, practice questions, and assessments.
- Conduct doubt-solving sessions and provide academic guidance.
- Analyse student performance and support continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest JEE/NEET syllabus, examination patterns, and trends.
- Maintain high standards of teaching quality and student engagement.
Eligibility
- B.Tech/B.E./M.Sc. or equivalent qualification from IIT/NIT is mandatory.
- Strong command over Mathematics or Chemistry.
- Experience teaching JEE/NEET aspirants will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and classroom/online teaching skills.
- Strong conceptual knowledge and problem-solving ability.
- Candidates with a proven track record of student results will be preferred.
Compensation
₹10 LPA – ₹15 LPA, depending on experience, subject expertise, and overall profile.
