Job Description

We are looking for qualified and experienced Physics & Chemistry Faculty to teach and mentor students preparing for JEE and NEET.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, concept-oriented lectures for JEE/NEET aspirants.
• Develop strong conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills.
• Prepare study material, assignments, practice questions, and assessments.
• Conduct doubt-solving sessions and provide academic guidance.
• Analyse student performance and support continuous improvement.
• Ensure academic content is aligned with the latest JEE/NEET syllabus and examination pattern.

Eligibility

• IIT/NIT qualification is mandatory.
• Strong command over Physics or Chemistry.
• Relevant JEE/NEET teaching experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Candidates with a strong academic/student-results track record will be preferred.

Compensation

₹12–14 LPA, depending on experience and overall profile.
