Job Description

We are looking for experienced and highly qualified Physics & Chemistry Faculty to teach and mentor students preparing for NEET and JEE Mains/Advanced.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, concept-oriented classroom lectures.
• Develop strong conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills among students.
• Prepare study material, assignments, practice questions, and assessments.
• Conduct doubt-solving sessions and provide individual academic guidance.
• Analyse student performance and implement strategies for improvement.
• Keep teaching content aligned with the latest examination patterns and syllabus.
• Contribute towards maintaining high academic standards and student outcomes.

Eligibility

• IIT/NIT qualification is mandatory.
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant teaching experience.
• Strong command over Physics or Chemistry.
• Experience teaching NEET and/or JEE Mains & Advanced aspirants.
• Excellent classroom communication and presentation skills.
• Candidates with a proven track record of student results will be preferred.
