• We do not guarantee that you will receive job offers or interview calls.
• Job applications are shared directly with employers for review.
• You may upgrade to premium membership plans for additional features and benefits.

For Employers

• You may post job listings, search for candidates, and contact applicants.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your job postings.
• We reserve the right to remove any job posting that violates our policies.
• Premium plans offer additional features including unlimited job postings and priority support.
• You agree not to misuse candidate information or engage in spamming practices.

Payments & Subscriptions

• Premium membership plans are billed on an annual basis unless otherwise specified.
• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay payment gateway.
• We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for eligible purchases.
• Postpaid Elite plan requires approval and charges 10% of first salary after job placement.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice to users.

Prohibited Conduct

• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening other users.
• Uploading malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Attempting to bypass our security measures or access restricted areas.
• Using our platform for any illegal activities or purposes.
• Scraping or harvesting data from our website without permission.

Intellectual Property

All content on our platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and code, is the property of Airix Consultancy and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without written permission.
• You retain ownership of the content you submit to our platform.
• By submitting content, you grant us a license to use it on our platform.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is harmful to other users or our platform.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Airix Consultancy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our platform.

We do not guarantee that our platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
