Role Summary

The selected faculty members will be responsible for delivering engaging classroom sessions, developing academic content, mentoring students, and helping aspirants achieve success in JEE and NEET examinations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor student progress and provide improvement strategies.
• Evaluate performance through regular tests and academic reviews.
• Develop innovative teaching methodologies to enhance learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with academic teams for curriculum planning and content development.
• Maintain classroom discipline and encourage active participation.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in the relevant subject.
• Strong academic background preferred.

Experience

• Prior experience in JEE and/or NEET teaching preferred.
• Proven classroom teaching experience.

Skills

• Excellent subject knowledge and conceptual clarity.
